Media Buying

The project.

We worked with W5 over several years setting out their advertising strategy for television advertising and outdoor advertising in the Republic of Ireland as part of their overall marketing strategy. Negotiating and buying the most cost effective media campaigns that have helped W5 increase visitor levels.

Transport and Outdoor

To raise awareness with potential visitors from the Republic of Ireland we used large format 48 sheet posters and 6 sheet posters in strategic locations around Dublin. 

For greater coverage we also placed internal train advertising on the Dublin LUAS lines which are major commuter routes around the city.


Television with its capacity to create an emotional appeal through vision and sound was an obvious choice to covey the excitement and enjoyment of visiting W5. 

Shopping Centres

To complement the transport and outdoor poster campaigns we promoted W5 events in prominent shopping centres around Dublin and Dundalk.
